Mubarak Nurudeen is a technology lawyer and Associate at Deloitte US (Legal Business Services) in New York, where he advises multinational clients on regulatory compliance and cross-border transactions across the telecommunications and digital sectors. He holds an LL.M. from Ohio State University, where he was named Most Outstanding LL.M. Student, and is licensed to practice in Nigeria, with admission to the New York and Texas Bars pending. At Harib Techlaw Academy, he teaches Digital Regulation & Governance in The Legal Foundations of Digital Technology programme, covering key regulatory instruments across the EU and Africa, the relationship between law, technology policy, and digital governance, and how legal teams are structured within technology companies.
